Cancellation policy
If your reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before the arrival date, you will be charged a one night penalty fee and the balance will be refunded between 3 and 4 weeks. Any cancellation within less than 90 days of your arrival date is non-refundable.

Credit letter cancellation policy
Credit Letters, any reservation that has been cancelled and issued a credit letter for a future stay will not be able to cancel a second time. Once the credit letter is applied to your new reservation and the balance is paid (if any) you will not be able to reschedule a second time. All credit letters are transferrable to friends and family and must be used on or before the expiration date set on the credit letter.

All sales are final for reservation with discounted rates. No cancellations, refunds or credit letters, this applies to all promotions.
Wedding policy or group cancelation policy
If your reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a credit letter for the full amount paid. Your credit letter will be valid for one year as of your cancellation date and you are able to book as far out as you need. In the event of the wedding being cancelled or rescheduled you are subject to the same cancellation policy, there are no refunds issued. Please check in with your group coordinator for your cancelation policy, all groups and weddings are subject to their own personal policy that was agreed upon at the time of making the villa block.
Animal policy
We love animals, we are surrounded by them in this paradise we call Local Tribe de México, however; out of respect for all our guests we do not allow animals.
NO SMOKING Our property does not allow smoking due to palapa roofs that can catch fire. PAYMENT 100% payment at the time of booking.
